Keeping Your Perspective

Wisdom pops up in the strangest places sometimes.  Check out the picture above.  It is excellent advice on dealing with people that have strong opinions that do not really matter.

The writer in white is showing an example of mindfulness about the person that he is dealing with… and he is doing it with grace.

Sometimes, we just need to walk away from a person that is giving off a toxic energy. Quite simple!

Walk in peace

Indifference is definitely the bane of human existence. If you ever get into a bind and need help, let’s hope others don’t show you the indifference you’ve shown them. My bodytalk practitioner would never claim that someones opinion doesn’t matter. It’s disingenuous not to strive to be the same person on the outside as you are on the inside. Why not engage in conversation instead of replying “you’re right”?
