Another Equinox!

I hope you are finding balance as we approach the last Equinox of the year. For many of us, it is a time to welcome the cooler weather of Fall and to get ready for whatever winter has in store for us this year. Hopefully we have memories of happy summer adventures to feed our dreams as the days shorten. Those in the Southern Hemisphere can look forward to longer days and more opportunities to explore in the increasing sunshine.
