No rules this year… just guidelines! Be kind to yourself and do not set yourself up for failure. Life is good. Recognize that fact. Life is not out to get you.
1. Make room for all of your emotions.
2. Forgive yourself for your mistakes.
3. Love your imperfect self.
4. Treat yourself to at least a treat a week.
5. Bless yourself each day – blessing that you are who you are.
6. Trust in your intuition and guidance. It does look out for you.
