Stefan Burns Astrophysicist

I have been watching Stefan Burns for over a year after catching one of his YouTube videos regarding the Schumann Resonances. He clearly explained the planetary resonances and their effects. It was interesting that he obtained accurate daily scientific readings from Tomsk, Siberia, and Italy and how these readings relate to solar activity and are modified by geography and weather. His graphs show the primary 7.8 Hertz frequency and four other subsequent resonances. Twenty-five years ago, there was an online discussion about the effects on the human body but no daily readings were published. NOAA was supposed to publish daily readings from the University of Colorado in Boulder CO. Nothing was on the NOAA website. A clock tower at the U of C displayed 7.8 Hertz on a digital screen that never changed. The first higher resonance, 14 to 15 Hertz was not included. Stefan Burns explains that the higher resonances are always present but fainter than the 7.8 Hertz. At the time, the expectation was that the higher resonances would replace the 7.8 Hertz signal and herald a rise in consciousness. Since the Schumann frequencies are resonances all the steps are generated from 7.8 Hertz. Whoever created the belief that “the doubling of the Schumann Frequency causes a rise in human awareness”, was inaccurate as the higher frequency is always present.
The Schumann Frequencies are in the Extra Low Frequency (ELF) range, which navies worldwide use to communicate with submarines, making it a military band of the electromagnetic spectrum. Higher frequencies from satellites replaced it because the low transmission bit rate made codes easy to crack.
There are specific frequencies in the ELF Band which do have an effect on the body and mind. That may be why ELF/Schumann information is hard to find.
Stefan Burns has predicted earthquakes caused by Coronal Mass Ejections from the sun. He can cite the locations, magnitudes, and dates of earthquakes with greater than 70% accuracy. Geophysicists noticed this correlation fifty years ago but denied that CMEs could cause earthquakes. Stefan Burns includes planetary alignments in his calculations, something scientists shy away from.
