| As we approach the Summer Solstice (on June 20 this year) we can choose to thiink about how our lives are in or out of balance.We’re all doing well at some things, and not so great at others. Let’s forgive ourselves for not being perfect and nudge ourselves to actions that will help us be in balance. Get enough sleep, get enough protein, get outside to exercise, see if there’s some way to help someone, and of course dowse the things that you can’t figure out or seem impossible. Chris Lee was born in Canada and currently lives in Ontario. Chris completed his Clinical Hypnotherapy [CHT] training in 1995 which only utilized current life therapy. He developed his expertise by studying the effects of past life regression with clients. As a result, this evolved into his own unique style of Past Life Regression and Progression™ therapy.
Cindi Johnston began her intensive study of metaphysics in 1999 and by 2004 she had immersed herself into the study of “energetic light body” shamanism. In 2008 she began a decade-long journey training with Peruvian Shaman: Jose Luis Herrera. She has spent every year since sitting with Jose Luis and or the wisdom keepers of South America and Mexico learning and growing her own medicine through teachings and rites of passage via the primordial and traditional approach to shamanism. Her desired learning and embodiment of the Ancient ways has been focused on the teachings of the Altomesoyok Lineage of Peru who directly interact with mountain (Apu) and land (Santa Tierra’s) spirits of the Andes for guidance and healing powers.
He is back again teaching us how to laugh and center, Braden has been leading practices at The Alba Healing Arts. After many years of exploration into alternative health practices in 2010 Braden came across Spring Forest Qigong. A very simple but focused program of support for enhancing my energies. Since then he has practiced and led groups on a weekly basis supporting people who were looking to balance and harmonize their lives. During this time he studied many other forms of Qigong and in 2016 was directed to create a new style of Qigong with the focus of freedom for longevity. Laffing Moon Qigong was born.
