I did not finish telling you my theory on the doubling of the Schumann Frequencies.
As the Extra Low Frequencies ELF are military frequencies and all equipment to broadcast or receive in the Schumann frequencies are held secret by the military we have never heard what is really happening.
Since Gregg Braden started talking about the Schumann doubling in 1995 to 2002 era we have never been able to determine if it had doubled. The information is not published in scientific journals.
The theory mentioned by Braden as causing the Schumann 7.83 Hertz resonance was the lightning strikes worldwide. Supposedly with global warming the number of lightning strikes would double and the resonance would likewise double. There has not been any mention of the doubling of lightning strikes either.
As the US Navy used ELF frequencies to communicate with its submarines (but has since gone to more secure satellite links) there may have been tests to pump up the resonance of the earth through ELF broadcasts at 15.66 Hertz and other frequencies. I have no idea if they were successful. I suspect they were not and that they could not alter the natural 7.83 Hertz frequency. The test would have shown the US Navy they have no idea what is generating the 7.83 Hertz frequency and they cannot alter it with ELF broadcasts. 15.66 Hertz would be a resonant tone of 7.83 Hertz.
The ELF Frequencies are also include the mind control/mood altering frequencies and I believe those tests would be stamped “Top Secret”.
