A Simple Healing Breathing Exercise


Find a place to be quiet in.

Sit down, or stand, and bow your head.

Straighten up and breathe in deeply.

Breathe in the joy of a child’s laugh.

Breathe out the anger you hold in your body.

Repeat 6 times.

From the Editor – This is a simple exercise that I have used with clients who have bottled up anger.  Not all of the anger disappears by just doing this exercise once.  Many of us need to do it at least twenty-one (21) times.
